Instrument certifications and assessments are available for all equipment on a
regular basis. The ICP area of LOIS
allows easy access to the certification reports.
The certification and assessment documents are available to all users of the web
site, not just authenticated LOIS users.
You may search against the documents with the input of the Serial Number,
Location, and/or date range of the report.
- Access to
the ICP area is available from the LOIS navigation menu and from the LOIS login
page.
- You should
enter one or more of the serial number, location, and date range of report. The location is both a text box and a
dropdown containing a list of valid locations for the equipment.
- The
Location field allows wildcards for location searches. If both a dropdown value is selected and a
value is typed in the location box, the value in the dropdown will be used.
- Clicking
the Search button will submit the form and return a list of reports matching the
criteria entered. The list contains the
serial number, location, and date of the report, along with a link to the PDF
file of the report.
- Clicking
the link for the PDF file will open a window and load the selected PDF document.
